Tech investments are not my strong point.  By its very nature, the technology industry is dynamic.  Therefore, knowledge of the industry evolves at a quicker pace than other industries.  The amount of time and effort I would need to contribute to embrace tech into my comfort zone is too much of a commitment.  For this reason, I rarely trade or invest in technology.
That said, I would start your research on this statement from the DOE,
&quot;These advancements will be achieved by modernizing the electric grid with information-age technologies, such as microprocessors, communications, advanced computing, and information technologies.&quot;
Or, you can try my brother, he may have a few ideas.
